[Azure Functions] Timer Trigger Time Zone 설정하기

appsettings.json에서 설정이 가능하다.
운영체제 별로 설정값이 다르다.

배포되어 있다면 Azure Portal > FunctionApp > {your function app} > Configuration에서 설정이 가능하다.

다만, 주의할 점이 있다!
나처럼 리눅스 Consumption plan을 사용하고 있는 사람은 Time zone 설정이 불가능하다(테스트해봄).
덕분에 Azure Functions App을 Window OS로 하나 더 만드느라 너무 귀찮았다.😢
